At Brightwater School we take great pride in creating a learning environment where all children are valued and given the opportunity to develop academically, socially and physically in a safe and caring manner.

All school programmes and activities are aimed at meeting the needs of all children, giving them the opportunity to extend their learning and to provide them with a wide range of educational experiences both at school and in the wider community.

Hope School, a small semi-rural school situated south west of Nelson. It caters for students from Years 1 to 6 in four classes and many travel some distance to attend. They learn in a well appointed, spacious learning environment and have access to a range of information and communication technologies that they use well in daily classroom activities.

Nestled in the fertile Upper Motueka Valley, Tapawera Village provides the greater valley area with basic services and schooling from ages 5 - 18.

Upper Moutere is a semi rural community situated 25kms inland and south of Nelson. The area is predominantly farming and horticulture, with viticulture playing an increasingly important part. The community is set around the village, is widespread, and is serviced by two school bus routes.

Upper Moutere School is a co-educational state full primary school. We have a school roll in excess of 120 that usually builds to around 130 by the end of the year.

Henley School provides a good quality primary education for students in years 1 to 6 in the Nelson suburb of Richmond. An enrolment zone is in place for this large and established school. It has an open, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Its physical environment is attractively maintained and presented, and it shares spacious grounds with an adjoining kindergarten, intermediate and secondary schools.

Waimea Intermediate provides a caring environment where students are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential through excellence in teaching and learning. Our focus is on academic development and the personal, social, emotional and physical growth of the whole student.

We offer a modern curriculum using a range of instructional and organisational techniques to cater for students of all ability levels. We combine homeroom, specialist and semi-specialist teaching to provide varied and challenging opportunities for students.
