Belief to the power of 3 transformational coaching model is holistic and blends  Western psychological models with Eastern spirituality. This ‘ value based’ model provides a fluid framework for the coaching relationship to develop, with the focus  on developing client’s self belief.  It enables self discovery  and self reflection through the development of self knowledge and  personal identity. It cultivates self awareness by becoming the observer of self. Clients are encouraged to retain alignment to their authentic self  and move towards living in an actualized state.  A place where the client becomes acutely aware, lives fully present in the moment, trusts and flows with the unknown, towards their own personal vision.

The B in the model represents BELIEF in self and the  3 means ‘to the power of 3.’ The coach works with the client to replace any self doubt with a belief in self that is so strong it becomes transformative.  The client is encouraged to stay in a fully present state... in the now!
