Icon Gallery & Studios

The Icon Gallery & Studios are situated on the Moutere Highway just before you reach the village of Upper Moutere if you are travelling from Nelson. The Icon Studios & Gallery have been purpose built and were completed in 2012 forming part of a vision by artist Neville Parker.

The gallery displays work in a range of mediums by Neville and other local, national and international artists.

Neville's studio is probably most artist's idea of 'bliss' so it's fortunate that others can also enjoy this space as additional working areas have been created to allow visiting artists a chance to work there too.

The wood clad interior walls provide a lovely 'warm feel' to the gallery, the entrance is situated at the back overlooking the Sculpture Park; 10 acres of manicured lawns and mature trees providing the perfect setting for larger works and the Sculpture Garden; a native bush block with winding paths to display smaller outdoor works.
