First National Richmond is independently owned and operated locally but is a fully affiliated office of the First National International Real Estate Group.

The Richmond Office was established in 1975 and has been a major player in Real Estate sales in Richmond and surrounding areas. With the addition of the Nelson office we have marketing capacity right through the Nelson Tasman area.

Owner Mark Rumsey has been in Real Estate for five years and is joined by long term Real Estate Licensee John Reid who is Principal of Nelson Bays Realty Limited including Nelson and Richmond First National Offices.
