Every year, we deliver a range of child and family and early childhood care and education services to thousands of children, young people and families throughout New Zealand.

We’ve been nurturing the dreams and inspiring the futures of young New Zealanders since our first service opened in Mangere in 1972, and today we have nearly 1,000 staff in over 80 locations.

Our guiding principle, Ko Ng?? Tamariki I Te Tuatahi – Children Come First, informs everything we do. Our child and family services, early childhood care and education, residential services, and advocacy programmes all have a clear focus on putting children first.
